how to identify ram with the following markings?!?

I have several sticks of ram I need to find out how many mb is on each stick. The following are markings on the chips.

8822 B USA ( 9 chips single side, parity )

72 pin simms
TMS44409DJ
TI- -60
TE 62A6JY P ( 8 chips on both sides ) TIN LEAD

168 pin dimms P4M6416YL-66CL2
4X64
4CLK ( 8 chips on both sides ) gold lead

P4M6416YL-66CL2 is 32MB SDRAM. Look here.


For the TMS44409DJ look here. Search for it on the page. It looks like 8Mb EDO Ram


As for the others, i haven't found anything about them.
