How to identify RAM speed on GeForce MX ?

Apparently the 3D Prophet GeForce MX cards have 5.5ns memory which is great for overclocking. I also heard that there a few OEM models around with 7ns memory.

Where on the GeForce2 MX do you identify the memory speed?

Uh you might try a look at the ram chips on the board (last #`s in the set should be 5.5 or 7) sorta like looking at reg. dimms...
