How to ID a MoBo - Help!!!

Folks, I've got an older socket 7 AT MoBo that I'd like to ID and, if possible, download the manual for it. It's got an Intel chipste and Award BIOS chip with another chip right next to the BIOS that says DALLAS DS12887A REAL TIME 9614A2 077906. The only other markings I can see are 541 VER 2.5 on the lower LH edge below the last ISA slot and a sticker on the underside of the last ISA slot that has SN:541046258904. This MoBo was working and has a P120 mounted currently. Are there any websites that assist in identifying such items? Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks folks!

P.S. this MoBo has 4 each - PCI, ISA and SIMM slots and a slot for a cache module.
