How to I convert RF (coax) to RCA/S-video

Here is my problem: My TV has coax in (as well as RCA and S-video in), but no audio out. I am pulling network TV off the air with rabbit ears, and it's fine for what I need (which is FREE tv). My problem is, I have a surround sound unit, and I'd like to use it for TV, even if is is just going to be 5-channel stereo.

Is there a 'reverse' RF modulator that takes coax signal (ie network TV) and splits it so I can run the sound to a reviever and image to the TV?

Any help would be appreciated.

TV is a SHARP 32u-s50 tube tv, in case that helps.

Indeed. What you need is a TV tuner of some sort. All VCRs have analog tuners and can output over composite to your TV, and 2ch stereo to your receiver.

However, if you're trying to capture video to your PC, this is a sub-optimal solution.

A cheap TV tuner for your PC would be the way to go in this instance.
