If your mobo supports it, it will be in the manual. Cases may vary, but you will get the gist.

there should be some beige wires coming from the inside of the ports. just run those over to the extra ports on your mobo. I will see what i can do for pics here.

For the USB wiring, segregate the plugs with the numeral 1 from the plugs with the numeral 2. There will be two ground plugs in the 1 group.

On the mobo's USB headers, which are pictured in the manual, you'll see that one row of pins has five pins, the other has 4, just like there are five plugs with a 1 and four plugs with a 2.

I think you can see where we're going from here :D The pins are plugged in +5V, D-, D+, GND, GND from left to right on an NF7-S's top row, and likewise on the bottom except that there's only one GND.

Test your work with something non-expensive like a mouse. :)

Oh, and for the Firewire, I recommend not trying. Mobos' FW pins are typically very short, and the case's plugs don't engage them very well... NOT the kind of thing you want when you're supposed to be able to transmit power on some of those wires. :p Use your mobo's existing rear FW ports and get an extension cable if you really need easier access, is my advice.
