It makes me so sad that the burbank lockheed aircraft factory and the van nuys GM plants were shut down =( It makes me even more sad when people think it's actually a good thing to replace our highly skilled, highly paid and protected labor to 3rd world countries (some of whom weren't 3rd world or at least as bad before NAFTA) where we make really bad parts (in comparison) for much less wages. I have a oven that is 55 years old, it works great. Everything in it was made in the USA up to the widgets. I needed to replace a $0.30 fuse one time. I have a 5 year old oven made in China and/or Mexico, it broke last year...just like the previous one.
