My dad is getting frustrated each day because of his withering hair...
he tried all those Rogaine stuff but it seems to be furtile.

what can a child do?
simply just, "Dad, it doesn't matter..."
or just act normal like it never have happened?

I'd go with the second alternative. I think your dad is gonna get used to it. In a few years he will hopefully see it as normal.

How old is your dad? If he's less than 40 and losing his hair badly, there won't be much you can say to make him feel better. Bald is beautiful ;), but most guys don't want to hear it at first. Encourage him not to do the comb-over thing. Going bald gracefully is better.

Has he tried propecia?

Stuff works on most men, won't stop hair loss in the front entirely, but will stop it in the back. Overall it just slows down hair loss, til that magic 40 number. Something about male physiology all but stops hair loss anyways after around 40.

keep pregnant goat in a pen.
collect the urine.
extract the urine with DMSO.
rub the DMSO /goat urine extract into the scalp 2 X a day.

result: full head of young hair

caution: goat must be preggers for this to work
