How to have 2 sound cards enabled???

Ok so i got an onboard sound on my pc but i wanna use the MIDI port on an old pci one i have.

I boot up xp with the pci one inserted, installs fine, once restarted xp wont find my integrated anymore only the pci.
(im sure this is something bout IRQ's which i dont konw much of)

Any help?????
 
Its enabled in the bios, once i unplug the pci one it loads normally from the onboard... may there be a solution to this?
