File a sexual harrasment complaint with HR - explain that you do not appreciate your male coworker attempting to flirt with you by leaving geeky IT related gifts of affection (such as toner cartridges, etc) on your desk.

Do it in writing but deliver it to HR in person. And be sure and request your complaint be handled anonymously - they are required by federal law to document their actions in response to all written complaints AND are required to honor all requests for anonymity associated with the complaints.
