How to get traffic to forums, part 2....any/all advice is appreciated

Here's another carry-over from a previous posts. No mods, this is NOT promotion, rather an inquiry about self-promotion.

Anyway, how can I do this? Sure in the last 2 weeks our audience jumped from 25 to a whopping 33 members (insert sarcasm here). Anyway, we get ~1500 hits/day (~1000 visitors/day), but our forums are pretty dead. So what can I do? Oh, and here's the link just in case your interested: our forums.

Forums are a dime a dozen. I know of atleast 70 forums that are doing as good/bad as yours, and are exactly the same in content. What you need for traffic is originality, functionality, and nudity.

Create a bunch of different names for yourself and post messages under different user names and then reply to some of the messages under a different name and see if you can get anyone else to start posting replies.
I don't know if that would work but it would be fun maybe?

It all depends on the visitors you get. Some just don't want to visit forums. However... Nudity will help out a lot.
