There is no better than here. When your there has become your here, and your past has become your future, you know no space in time like the present.

We are constantly defining where "here" is in order to make a disctinction between "here" and "there"

Some do it by coordinates, some by $, some by health, etc. Nothing wrong with it, but as a result you always know where "here" is because someone has been "there" and has defined it as "there" or "here" in your present case.
