in terms of overclocking, the way i've been doing it is by running the clock multiplier at 11, and the FSB at 137 (kind of conservative). Would I have more success if I drop the FSB, and increase the clock multiplier? Liek for example, 13 X 120 = 1560 or even 14 * 120 = 1680?

what have you all tried? and what vcore are you all running at?

I used to have a t-bird athlon and put the fsb up to 152, without unlocking it. Without a doubt overclocking the fsb is far better than just unlocking it, as long as your chip can handle it. My chip was an 1.2 ghz on 133 @ 1368 on 152 fsb. This was using a ddr motherboard and a 1600 rated fan. It is far more effective than unlocking it, because all other buses are increased as well. The agp and pci buses are normally 66mhz and 33mhz respectively. With a higher fsb these are increased ie on 152 agp=76 and pci=38. However all other components on these buses must be adequate enough to cope with this increase ie gainward gpu and maybe not any pci cards.

Good luck whatever your decisions are!
