I think this works equally well for girls/guys as it does for guys/girls. Anything you guys would add from either side of the fence, girl talking to guy or guy talking to girl?
If you don't want me to flirt with other guys, don't expect me to get to know you by flirting with you.
If you don't want me to dress so that guys stare at me, develop an interest girls other than the ones who show off their bodies.
If you want me to be faithful to you, don't try to steal me from my current boyfriend.
If you want me to respect myself, show me respect.
If you want me to have self-esteem, say and do things that encourage me.
If you're glad that I haven't gone *that* far physically before, don't try to get me to do it for you.
If you're glad that I've had realistic standards in my past relationships, try to live up to them rather than lower them.
If you want me to live up to your standards, make them realistic.
If you want me to appreciate your standards, don't compromise them by settling for less.
If you want me to treat you like you're special, be something special.
If you want me to be willing to go out of my way for you, be willing to go out of your way for me.
If you don't want me to be clingy, encourage me in my friendships with other people, guys and girls.
If you like how I look in casual clothes and without makeup, tell me.
If you like how I look dressed up, design an occasion that I can dress up for once in a while.
If I do something you appreciate or enjoy or that makes you happy, let me know so I can repeat it.
If you want me to appreciate what a good boyfriend you are, do things for me simply because you want to make me happy.
If you want me to take the initiative in things sometimes, let me know.
If you want to know me better, get to know my family.
If you want me to get to know your family, make me feel included.
If you want to have a full relationship, talk to me as a friend.
If you want me to understand why you spend hours on the computer/with your friends/playing sports, show me/introduce me/invite me/include me.
If you want me to feel comfortable with you, be honest.
If you want me to be honest with you, be receptive.
If you want me to love you, love me.
