How to get the best deal on an Axim?

This is a question for all you super bargain hunters out there. I am seriously looking to buying an Axim X5, 400MHz 64MB SDRAM version. I see they are currently offering 10% off of the retail price of 349, bringing the price down to 314. However, by the time you add on the shipping and tax, it's back up to like 341. Any ideas on coupon codes out there to get the price down a bit more? All help is appreciated.

Well, I ended up buying the Dell Axim X5 (400MHz) with the 10% off and free shipping (if you buy from the software and peripherals section), so I saved a little bit. Didn't get the 50 dollar mail in rebate like some others, but I guess I am a little late to the party. Oh well, I'm very excited and looking forward to receiving my Axim! All you Axim or Pocket PC owners, any recommendations for must have software?

P.S. Final price for the Axim, with tax and free shipping was $332.95.

I got my Dell Axim 400 MHZ for $225 AR (assuming the rebate goes through, which it should).

The way I did it:
There was a time when they were offering $40 off $300 online, and you could find a way to apply the coupon to the Axim (even though they claimed the $40 didn't apply to Axims). Then I added a $35-300 coupon on the back of a Dell catalog. Will send in $50 rebate.

$349 - 40 - 35 - 50 = $224 (with free shipping).

The bang for you buck value of the PDA is pretty amazing at that price.

My suggestion for you: keep your eyes on a lookout for additional coupon codes in addition to specials Dell offers on their website. Then stack them on top of each other.
