I have a park near my home that i frequent, and there are packs of stray dogs near it. They are not in a very good shape, spend their days on the steps of the park, and they survive on leftover food that people give out
Yesterday I noticed 6-7 pups inside the park. I'm sure they belong to a female dog(also a stray). I see them hiding in a corner of the park under trees, drinking water from a leaking tap and taking shelter under some old discarded fencing lying on the ground.
I tried to feed them some biscuits but they are afraid of me and won't come near. Only 2 pups came near me and ate biscuits from my hands, that too after much coaxing. One them is badly terrified of me and starts to squeal loudly if I even go near the fence below which he hides .
How do make them shed their inhibitions and get them to play with me?
