I recently removed Ubuntu from my SSD. Does anyone here know how I can get rid of the "ubuntu" boot entries after I removed Ubuntu from my SSD and why those "ubuntu" entries still how up in the BIOS and boot options after Ubuntu has been removed?

Shows up in the BIOS? Dig in the BIOS and delete the entries in the UEFI. I'd also check to see the drive/partition names.
