Uh, I have no freakin' idea how being Indian/dark-skinned relates to stretch marks. Whites too have a whole lot.
For getting rid of it, I don't think you can. You could try cocoa butter to reduce it though.
However, to stop stretch marks from occurring when you exercise, take
Zinc. The reason you have stretch marks when you exercise is because your body is depleted of Zinc. This is a common problem for gymnasts. That's why their growth is stunted. And that's why people on Prednisone/Prednisolone have stretch marks too.
Zinc is amazing! It's hard to find food sufficient in Zinc, but always try with your diet first before resorting to supplements. If you do take it in the form of supplements, then try Zinc gluconate or Zinc picolinate for best absorption. In the event that you take it for a long period and exceeding 49 mg a day, make sure you have Magnesium and Calcium so your body isn't depleted of the two minerals; and of course Zinc's antagonist Copper for a balance.
