For a fast solution, you can always put toothpaste on the zit and leave it on overnight so the zit can dry out. But using this method might create scars.
 
Ok, had my gf hold my nut steadily while I cut the head off the pimple, and had all the stuff ooze out, SOP.

Today, it's leaking clear fluid, and really, really itches.

Infection.

I know its embarassing but hit the doctor, an infection down there could cost you the ability to procreate later on.

Bah, just slap some tripple antibiotic ointment on it. If it doesen't get better, THEN see the doc
 
By the way, all zits leak clear fluid after you pop them, I wouldn't see a doc yet. However, tell your gf to get the oily sand out of her vagina to prevent this from happening again.
 
I tried everything to avoid infection, heated with a blue flame, the poured alcohol over it.

I just set up an appointment with the base doc for tomorrow morning.
