How to get rid of pimple?

Yesterday it was 104 degrees in Chicago.

I ran two miles.

I didn't shower.

I woke up today with a pimple on my right nut.

It hurts.

How do I get rid of it?

EDIT: Usually I just use an extended box cutter to slice it off, but today my ball is tender.
 
Find a hooker, and give her a burger to blow it off for you 😉....J/K. I know it's going to hurt, but try popping it.

 
Use a lighter to sterilize a sewing needle. To keep the needle clean until it breaks through the dirty outer layer of skin you need to get it glowing hot. Then poke the zit fast before the needle cools. Remember that zits have deep roots so you need to jab it fast and deep.
 
Take a tissue and soak it in rubbing alcohol so it's thorughly saturated, just before dripping.

Now take it and dab it on the pimple, letting it dry each time.. Do this over and over for about 10 minutes.

Edit: On your right nut? WTF?

Yea, the ones where you break off the blade after you use it once.

The blades are sharp enough to slice off the head after just pressing it against it.
