How to get rid of moisture for LCD screen...open up a LCD screen?

Bought a used laptop and when I got it seemed moisture has seeped into the LCD.

Is there a way I can "dry" it? Im sure it's moisture as when I press on it, it does look like water is "in between" the panels. I just need to open it up but don't know how.

My brother bought a used laptop that had moisture in it. Yes, he got it cheap. Anyway, he called the manufacturer who explained that it is out of warranty, but what they do is put the laptop into a very small room with a dehumidifier for 48 hours with a heater on in the room to get the temperature around 95 degrees. The heat and dehumidifier seem to pull the moisture from the laptop.

Put it in the oven on the lowest setting you can until it drys out.

i'd be afraid of using heat on it. what i'd do is find some kind of super sturdy container and draw a very good vacuum(http://www.robinair.com/acsolutions/acvacuum/chart12.gif)

and let the water boil out.
