I read once that models and beauty pageant contestants use Preparation H for dark circles or bags under their eyes...it is for inflammation.

I have this problem as well. As such, I would also be interested in the solution.

dark circles show badassness.
Not really, they make me look like some kind of alien. On a possibly unrelated note, I am apparently slimming down to look more like one. I have unexpectedly lost 10 lbs in the past month (180lbs to 170lbs at 6' tall).

I also have this problem slightly. Every once in a while I get people say "Whoa did you get punched in the eye?" Some days are worse than others.

Some people say they aren't noticeable, but I guess I'm not sure how honest their statements really are 🙂.

It might be, but dark circles are often caused by iron deposits building up under the relatively thin skin beneath your eye. Try adding iron to your diet. Namely, eat more spinach.

Yes. Absolutley. A healthy diet free of garbage processed foods and lots and lots of veggies can do a remarkable job for your complexion. Ever since I started eating well a few years ago I started to look much younger, my energy levels went up, etc. I used to have crazy dark circles under my eyes no matter how much I slept. But that was when my typical dinner was take-out, chicken fingers and kraft mac'n cheese and hamburger helper. Now that I eat mostly vegetables with fish or meat and some rice, etc, I can say I have absolutley no circles under my eyes at all.

Well of course it tasted like ass, it was FROZEN. If you're planning on eating spinach, it's either fresh or nothing.

If you look like Benicio Del Toro, then I could agree. Otherwise, you look like a coked up pothead.

QFT!!!!!!

Was trying to think of a good one & Benicio Del Toro takes the cake!!

dark circles are sometimes result of allergies. called 'allergy shiners". and weight loss could mean malabsorption, together these are a possible sign of a food allergy, such as gluten intolerance. get checked out or at least do some research on it.

besides getting more sleep?

Walk into a cop bar and say that all policemen are fags. You'll get nice, puffy, black and blue swelling that will take those saggy bags right out.

To remove the dark circles under your eyes, you need to eat a healthy, balanced diet, take vitamins, and drink plenty of water. Get adequate fluids to improve circulation.

Reduce salt intake. Excess salt causes the body to retain water in unusual places, and this can result in puffiness under the eyes.

Hope it can help...
