how to get paid for items sold on Amazon Marketplace?

I just had one of my games bought off of Amazon. I never used Amazon and it says they put money into my account. I also added a checking account to have my funds dispersed. I do not see it and it says pending. Do I send the game and have the buyer acknowledge my shipment before I get paid or do I get the money into my checking account first and then send? They say there is a 'transfer funds now' link so that I can get paid immediately (as opposed to waiting for the two week period before payout) but I do not see it.
 
thanks perfect. I just joined yesterday so now i have a sh!tty two week holding period that's why I couldn't transfer the money today.

Also they say that they disperse funds every two weeks or daily if you so choose. Is there a processing charge to disperse daily?
 
The two weeks is just from the date you initially set this up with you bank account. After that you can dispurse right away as often as you wish.
 
yeah still feels pretty bad on my end seeing as the guy gets my game now and I get paid in two weeks. Not to mention I should get delivery confirmation so he doesn't say he never received it. I heard that they will automatically give him a refund and charge me even if I sent out the game because I have a new account. $4 shipping/handling is nothing and the 30% commission is pretty bad too. I had to pull my ebay listing because it sold. No more amazon for me after this.
