Watching the video one thing I noticed was the poor judgement of the cop. The car pulled over and then he approached the car in a way that he is standing clearly in the right hand lane of the highway. This is a good way to get yourself killed. Usually you see the cops pull there car in such a way that there car partially blocks the right hand lane on surface streets. On Interstate etc you see the cop approach the vehicle from the passenger side so he isn't walking in the right hand lane.
