How to get: 'Open With' Prompt in Windows NT on Righ Click

I knwo there was something you coudl do so that whenever you riht clicked on a file in Windows NT (It's probably the same in 2k and Win9x) you would ALWAYS get the OPEN WITH option, in addition to or instead of just OPEN.

Anyone know how?

I am not sure how to do it perminantly in NT. You can do it temporarily by holding SHIFT when you right click the file. Sorry I couldn't help more.
