How to get my vivo working ???!!

darn normaly im quick with this thing but I can't find it any where...

So I got one new EVGA Gf4 7800 GTX with vivo So I got this litle black box with S-video in and RCA (composite).

So I deside take my OLD Tape video that got a video RCA video out. I plug the video into the little black box that came with my card and this conected in my GF4...

But I canot find any program that can detect the RCA connection... DO I need to do something to activate the video in ?? or what program should I use ??

power director pro, but tis more for editing and stuff, I just want to watch just like the tv tuner for an radeon... but even in this program it can,t detect the composite- in video..
 
omg , okay I suck lol THX a lot man working now!! dont know why they didn't put that on the cd. Now Just need to find a good tv tuner like program...
