How to get mobo to start with 2x2GB 2x4GB?

I have a Foxconn BlackOps mobo with a Q9550.

I have a G.Skill 2x2GB DDR1600 9-9-9-24
G.Skill 2x4GB DDR1600 7-8-7-24

I have my mobo set to 400FSB 9-9-9-24 and the second it posts, it reboots.
I tried no OC at all with everything stock and it does the same.
 
I am just curious....what is the voltage for those kits? was thinking if they are low enough you could put them in a sandy bridge system 😀 got the upgrade bug? 😀

I lost my upgrade bug after computers got quick enough and upgrading won't make much of a noticeable difference anymore. Although running out of ram always makes things noticeably slower... But there's still a sense of geek satisfaction of owning a 4.2GHz sandy bridge 😛
