How to get into bios on Intel board?

Hello all.

I got a new intel motherboard for a gaming computer. Everything is great but I've never had a computer that had a nice welcome screen on initial boot saying "Intel P4". I am used to the normal checking of memory, showing what drives I have, etc.

My question is: How can I see the above information instead of this intel P4 graphic? Is there a way? I tried DEL key and such. No luck.

I don't know for sure, but the only alternative I've seen to the Del key is the F1 key.

Try F1, F2, F10-12. One of them maybe.

EDIT: Thanks. F1 worked. And I also found that F10 on boot brings up a choice to boot from cd, floppy, or HD. Thanks again!!
