When at stock speeds my opty @2.0 and 200(fsb) my memory runs fine @200 (2x512mb) but when I increase htt/fsb to like 250 and memory divider 150mhz (I think thats .7) system locks up doesnt boot, even tho the memory with divider will run at like 190mhz.
Voltage is 2.7, cl is 2.5. Is the memory divider not working? or something else? because currently I run @167(133mhz divider thats .6)ddr and 250fsb x4ht x10multiplier, I would like my mem to run @ 200 :D thxfor any suggestions :D

Loosen RAM timings and up the voltage. I don't know about the specifics for your case though.
