Why would you install and run both CCC and ATI tray tools? The point of using ATT is to prevent the CCC from gobbling all your RAM and to have your rig boot faster. If you're going to use the CCC, ATT is redundant, plus you see no benefits from not runing the CCC.
I've had Oblivion HDR+AA working fine with ATT and the Chuck patch. Maybe not 6.6, but 6.5 worked fine. Assuming you already have ATT installed, install the driver only package from ATI, run the Chack patch, make sure Cat AI is on, enable HDR in Oblivion, and force AA in ATT.
