How to get blood out of bedsheets?

I got some period blood on my bedsheets, and I need to know how to get it out. Any ideas?

prep it with hydrogen peroxide.

then pre-treat with detergent and let it sit overnight/until morning and then warsh.
 
to get out blood stains, just vomit onto them. or poop and rub. theres no way anyone will ever know the blood stains ever existed.
