Boy, talk about paranoid. You can send the stuff in any format you want, noone is going to care. If you really want to protect the file, you can use passwords with zip or rar, but those are easy to break. If you want to really be paranoid, you can simply use PGP encryption, the 'regular' PGP version is a free download from their site. Now, make sure you also order a lead helmet to ensure that the guys in black helicopters don't read your brainwaves ;)

But, while I figure that out- how does the .rar renamed to .pdf sound? She's always download PDF files so I figure that'll be pretty safe...

Sorry its spelled VNC...the program I use is called RealVNC. It like a personal VPN.
