How To Gain Weight?

i'm about 5'5" and weigh about 130 lbs. I want to gain some weight. What's the safest way to gain weight but still maintain fit?
 
Drink lots of soda, eat lots of twinkies and chips. Just sit on the couch and watch tv.

When not doing that, munch on some candies and play some PC games like Battlefield Vietnam or Return TO Castle WOlfenstein.

OH and drink whole milk, as it has lots of fat in it and is healthy.
 
Lift weights five days a week and eat <your body weight in lbs> grams of protein every day. Try to eat no more than 30 grams of protein every 2-3 hours because supposedly that's as much as your body can absorb in a sitting.

Carefuly. 5 days a week is really pushing it. 3-4 should be adequate.

Eat more calories than you're consuming while keeping up with your workout routine.

Simple as that.
 
i would just eat, i mean eat anything and everything, and once you have gained the weight then get cut. Easiet and quickest way to gain but then get cut

Just eat and do some training.

If your not gaining weight your not eating enough! Keep eating more food until you ARE GAINING weight.

People have different metabolisms so eat untily our gaining weight.

I'm 5'8" and I weigh 130 lbs. I have no desire to gain weight, unless it's in the form of muscles. If it's muscles you want, then lift weights and eat protein.

You cannot "convert" fat into muscle. They are two entirely separate kinds of tissues. You must burn the fat and build the muscle. Also you couldn't use junk food because protein is required to build muscle, and junk food isn't exactly known for having a high protein content.
