How to flash BIOS ? Thanks - got it

I've got an ECS K7S5A motherboard, I want to be able to flash the new BIOS so that I can play around with overclocking a bit. But, I've got some questions. What I've read says I need a DOS bootable diskette. How can I make/get one of these? Also, my computer runs on RedHat 7.1. Will this make a difference at all? I'm thinking it shouldn't since the computer would be booting from the floppy and wouldn't care what OS I have installed, but I'm not sure.

Yes you will booting from the floppy so your os wont matter.
