How to flash BIOS on ASUS P4S333?

I can't find the flash utility and when I download the BIOS file, all it has is *.awd file, but I also need the utility to flash it. Anyone knows where I can find it? Thanks.
 
Call me crazy...I flashed it in windows through the asus update program on the cd...downloaded file to harddrive then flashed it...worked like a charm...That is now the last 2 mobo bios flashes have been windows based and went perfectly...See the problem is I don't use a floppy anymore.

Hmm, I ran it and I got blank screen and then it came back to Windows... Any instructions on how to run it?
