How to fix a UPC to a reabte form? Don't laugh.

might seem dumb...but how do you prefer attaching the upc to a rebate form? taping or stapling?

I'm always worried about the upc falling out of the envelope. I once was denied a rebate because "they" said my UPC wasn't included.

i staple mine to the rebate form and receipt copy.

I tape mines. I read once how someone's rebate was denied because the UPC was deemed mutilated due to the staple having punched holes through the UPC.
