If you wanted to find someone inexpensively, how would you do it?

I?ve tried Internet searching and have come up with nothing so far. It?s not terribly important I find this person, but if I can I?d like to.

This person is in Canada. I?m pretty sure, possibly Atlantic Canada. I think I have found the persons sister, but I don?t known her and she never met me so it?s pointless to contact her. She?d think I?m a freak. I think I?ve found this persons parents in Atlantic Canada as well, but again it would be pointless to contact them.

You?d think everyone these days has an e-mail?

Help?.

Its not so important that I will go as far as to pay money for it. Call me cheap, but its just a personal thing I'd like to take care of.

I've gone through this.

go ahead and call the parents.

It's not a big deal and odds are they'll be extremely understanding. Just tell them why you're calling and it's like they'll either give you the number or AT LEAST pass along the message.

Granted i'm making the assumption the person has a 'normal' relationship with thier parents.
