How to find out your TWPM + What is your TWPM?

I wanna find out my typing words per minute, I heard WORD 2000 can tell you...is there such a freeware program that can tell you this?

After I find out a program i'll post my results..What's yours?

Type anything in word for exactly 5 minutes - set an alarm or something

The get the program to tell you how many words are in the document. (it's under grammar check, I believe.)

95-105... highest was 120 though. How do i know why am i so good? I use to have competition with friends (nothing formal... we'd just sit around the computer while we waited for something to happen)
