How to find out if there are outstanding arrest warrants?

I think the cops are already tipped off, seeings as they are looking for him.

Well I'd talk to your friend rather than go on a warrant hunt...however; I am thinking this has nothing to do with a friend nor cops showing up.

If so, good luck with obstruction and the like being charged on you should they get game that you know/knew where he was.

Whew... No worries, he turned his self in, it really was no big deal, that just wanted to talk with him based on what he told me, he does have some traffic violations he's finally going to take
care of though.
