how to find out contact info of someone?

Someone PM me, but his PM is not turned on. He is frustrated that I am not replying his PMs, but I have no way of contacting him. There isn't even e-mail information on his profile. Does anyone know what I can do? Thanks!

If they don't show their e-mail address & don't have PM's turned on, they have no right to be upset when people can't contact them.

The mods can see his e-mail address, but they aren't going to give it to you.

So basically he's SOL.

The thing is that he is a junior member and probably has no idea about it. I guess maybe the mods can relay my message to him?
