I need to get replacement parts, but have no idea of the make/model. It does not seem to see it anywhere. I searched Google for the number I see embossed in the broken fan blade holder. It came up with nothing.

I bet there's some labeling inside if you take it down. Might find a useful number in there.

Based on the ceiling texture and painted wood paneling on the walls, I'd guess a Chinese made fan that isn't worth repairing.
This isn't meant as any sort of insult, it's just that the room looks like it's had a low end face lift at one point or another.

No point in purchasing replacement blades - they'd cost as much, if not more than a new ceiling fan. You can find discounted ceiling fans at Lowes/HD for roughly $50.

Agreed. I am working on a supposed "high end" apartment complex for "urban professionals" and we are installing the same low end builder grade garbage you get in suburban tract housing. The rent is much higher, but yuppies dont know the difference.

Anyways, OP, I would just replace the entire fan. If it is a rental, then have the landlord do it, if you own and plan to live there a while, then spend more than $75 for a ceiling fan and you won't have this problem again.
