UPS sucks, especially that Doraville location. They F up our packages constantly here at work. They delivered some Dell computers a few weeks and and the boxes were completely destroyed. Luckily the computers were in good shape.

They are very good. They know just the amount of destroying that can be achieved without hurting the actual contents. :)

if you call their 800 number they can transfer you

BS. They refused to do that.

?? The 800 number that is on the slip they leave at your door? How do they think you are supposed to find where to pick it up? I always call ask to speak with the operator then explain to her that my package is at x location and I need to speak with a rep over there, never had a problem...

they never gave me the number to the local shipping center. if a problem comes up, the 800 CSR always says that he/she will send a message over to the center and someone from there will call me back within the hour. But the local center guy is nice and he gave me the number so I can call them directly and have them hold a package for pickup if I need to. No more of this going thru their 800 CS dept BS
