how to file a complaint with BBB?

Just remember, the BBB is NOT a government entity, nor does it have any real powers.
Most companies could care less about a BBB complaint.

Off thread topic, but congrats on the new 4Runner! I got myself an SR5 a couple of weeks ago.

When was the last time you checked the BBB when you were making a major purchase? I'm not even talking about minor purchases.

They have no authority. If you file a complaint, the business is informed. They get a chance to respond. If the company responds (no matter what they say), the complaint is dropped.

I worked a piano store that had many complaints to the BBB, but our record was perfect because we had a standard response letter detailing store policy and the possible understands that it could lead to.

Yep the BBB is a business in itself.... Useless IMO.

Thanks! I got it Last night, and I love this truck! i put 200 miles on it already :D
