how to extract elements from flash?

I like flash, but I don’t know how to make a flash by myself. Sometimes I found music nice in one flash, but it was difficult for me to recognize it. How to extract elements from flash? With which software? Can someone tell me?

Go to FlashKit.com for projects and tutorials that you can use legally and ethically.

Go to CreativeCommons.org for music that you can use. Read the licenses for the music you like, some of it is for non-commercial use only unless you contact the owner to get permission.

Stealing music from someone else's Flash object is wrong, and if your project appears anywhere on the web it could get you in trouble.

I don't do either, but I'd say that's true only if you use those to steal iApps or pirate OS X. Most Hackintosh users here mention they've bought a legal copy of OS X.

So? It's still a violation of the agreement. I don't see tons of threads about cracking WGA and I bet if any got started they'd be locked quick.
