How to enable overclocking tab in geforce detonator 3 driver.

The overclock slider to overclock the GPU and memory. Under the nvidia driver. When I used the driver that came with my hercules geforce 2 mx. There's a slider to overclock. But when I reinstall windows and install nvidia driver, the slider tab is not there anymore. I heard u should edit/add some register??
