how to enable dma for hard drives in windows server 2003

I am trying to enable dma for both my hard drives in windows server 2003

I got about it as in xp through device manager and enable them , however when I run my ati tv ( i have a aiw 8500dv installed) and when i run guide plus

It tells me the dma is not enable on both my hard drives, is there something else I need to do ?

You dont say what board you are using and since I dont know the chipset I cant be more specific about what buttons to push. There are 2 places that need the change for this to take place.
1)-Basically, to enable the DMA in windows you go to the IDE/ATA controller in the Device Manager and right click properties. Then you find the selections for primary and secondary channels under one of the tabs there. Make the selections that you feel is right depending on the choices and select ok to exit the device manager.
2)-You will also need to make a selection to enable DMA in the Chipset Controller section of the Bios. Each chipset is a little different in wording but the Controller section is what you are looking for. Refer to you motherboard book if you cant find it.
-After these selections are made the desired effects are after the reboot.
