How to enable CAS2 with memory..?

I've got a stick of PNY 128MB PC133 memory and I can't seem to get it to run at CAS2 at 133. I could get it at 100 but not 133. Anyway to fix this? I'm using a KT7-RAID paired with a Tbird 1GHz.
 
Enable it in the BIOS. Normally it's under CAS Refresh rate.

Perhaps according to the RAM's SPD, it can't cope with CAS2 at 133. Set the RAM timings to manual and see if you can set it then.
 
I guess it must be my ram since I can't post at CAS2 at 133. Guess I'm gonna return it for some Muskin. Thanks for the replies.
