How to edit a mpeg video clip??

is there any software that let me edit the video clip?

i wanted to cut a small portion of the clip at the beginning and at the end

please help.....

Well, you have to use video editing software. The cheapest will be close to $100. If all you have is one such file to do, then find a friend who has video editing software and impose.

it depends, if it's an mpeg1 file then the free virtualdub will do it if it's an mpeg2 you will need an mpeg2 editor and sonic foundry has one for $59 for download.
