Trying to download 3dMark, but can't figure out how to download from fileshack. Basically, at the download page it says "Your download is ready, please select a server."

Below, is a list of a bunch of servers, with wait times. However, there is nothing to click on to start the download. Only thing to do is click the "Mercury" button, but that just takes you to a "Benefits of being a subscriber" button...

So... uhh, this may seem silly, but how do I get "in line" to start a download?

First off, you need to register with fileshack.com. Next, select what you want to d/l, select a mirror then a Javascript window will appear, telling you how long you need to wait, etc. If, for whatever reason, your browser cannot open Javascript popups, or have not logged on, then you won't be able to download at all.

Hi,

Thanks for the details. It looks I am stuck at the point of "Select a Mirror." I have done registration, and can login with my registration. I am on the select a mirror screen.

However, I cannot click on anything to select a mirror. I tried to click the title of the box, everywhere around the box, etc. However, I can only click on the red title that says "Mercury". I am sure the Javascript pop-up box is capable on my system. However, I can't even find a button to press to bring it up.

Any suggestions on where on the screen it is? Is the button to bring up the Java box, a Java control in itself? Maybe the button is not showing up at all. The FAQ states there is a "GO!" button. This does not exists anywhere on my "Select a server" screen.

oh -- There is a firewall here, so could that be affecting the link from showing up? However, other download services seem to be OK (FilePlanet, etc...)

LOL, Duh!! Ok that explains it. Wish they would say so.

It looks like they re-enabled new downloads because now the "GO!" button is showing up!
