How to disable Win2k program debugging?

I have this one program that LOVES to crash, and its bugging me madly because when i have to ctrl-alt-del out of the thing it makes win2k "debug" the program. This is completely useless, now how do i get this stuff disabled? I have all forseeable options turned off in relation to this thing including writing bug reports to file etc.

Where can I turn this blasted thing off?

hmmm...in tools...options in IE there's a box you can check to disable script debugging...though i don't know if that's gonna work in this situation...

Nope. thats already disabled, and was disabled before.

The debugger is called Dr. Watson and is the slowest thing in the world. Here is a link (smile) to a microsoft KB page that tells you how to sto pit debugging if thats what you were asking about, its not really clear. I did this a few months ago and no bad effects yet.
