How to direct link to a picture is geocities?

You cannot directly link to a picture on geocities because it checks the refer address. You just have to provide the link and people have to copy and paste it into their browser window, that or drag the URL into the address bar.

it's somebody's file. He only give me the file(picture)'s url.

I think you can rename it to a txt or something too. IE is usually smart enough to figure it out.

I just change the File Extension to something, anything, like *.X and it works fine. Example of an old screenshot.....

U like that yakko? that was an EVIL 500 Slot A. It wouldn't even post on my KA7100 at 500, I had to use a GFD to get the Multiplier up to 6x (just to post!) then run the FSB @ 111, therefore making it a 666Mhz Chip! that was one EVIL CPU! I had a GeForce2MX 32Meg (SDR) and my default 3D Mark 2k scores were like 4500-5000, very near what my AIW DDR Does! (1024x768 32BPP). Very weird, evil setup I had there!
